Entering a Beauty Salon can be a daunting and intimidating experience. 

We would like to put your mind at ease, firstly by assuring you we are here to make you look and feel great and do all we can to make you feel as comfortable and accommodated as possible. 

Not only is your therapist fully Qualified (internationally & national standards), we have many years experience with all types of beauty therapy, as well as upholding a standard referred by the NZ Beauty Association (Health & Safety Standards) and are council registered.

We use only the highest quality products and have had ongoing training in all our services.

It is my first time visiting you, what do I need to do? 

We require you to fill in a Consultation Form to make sure the treatments we give you are safe to complete if you have any medical conditions, allergies or concerns.

What should I wear for my appointment? 

Depending on what treatment you are having, basically wear whatever you like (except for if you are having a spray tan or waxing) 

Comfortable clothes can be ideal, as you are here to relax generally, but we provide you with a wrap for Facial Treatments and disposable garments where needed for waxing and tanning. 

Loose clothing is recommended after waxing or tanning. 

Can I wear makeup to my appointment? 

Yet again, it will depend on the treatment.  In most cases it is fine too, and we have facilities to remove it once you are here. 

Just keep in mind time factor if you happen to be in a rush (which we advise not to be, but life happens!) 

What are your payment options? 

Currently payments can be made in salon with Eftpos, Credit Card, securely through our website, internet banking, cash and we also offer Afterpay.
