Shipping Policy

All shipping rates are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Final rates and eligibility are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and cart contents.

New Zealand Shipping

Standard shipping within New Zealand is NZ$10. North Island standard shipping is NZ$12. Rural delivery rates vary by region — South Island rural addresses are NZ$15, and North Island rural addresses are NZ$20.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders of NZ$200 or more (General shipping profile). Eligibility is determined at checkout based on your destination and cart contents.

Free local delivery is available in Waimate for eligible orders. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

International Shipping

Standard international shipping (Rest of World) is NZ$32. Final rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Extra Weight Surcharge

Some products are assigned to a separate Extra shipping profile. Orders containing these products may incur an additional NZ$12 extra-weight rate on top of standard shipping. Whether this applies depends on the products in your cart.

Correct Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a shipping shortfall, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference before your order is dispatched or redirected.

Proof of Delivery

We aim to provide a photo on delivery for all orders. This is provided as a courtesy and may vary depending on the delivery method and location.
